Light Mayonnaise Sauce

Eggs and oil should be in room temperature. it is therefore recommended to remove all the ingredients from the refrigerator in good time before use.

In blender processor, add the olive oil, vegetable oil, salt and the egg, turn on the machine running and add other ingredients, keep it running until the mayonnaise has reached the desired consistency

Ingredients:


  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 table spoon cognac(optional)
