- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup beer
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 stick of butter for frying
1 Place all the ingredients into the blender in the order indicated and blend to a smooth batter.
2 Allow to stand for 30 minutes.
3 Bake thin pancakes in a frying pan.
The batter should suffice for 10 -12 pancakes.
