Peel,avocado pear. Strain lemon juice over avocado to preserve color.
Add the cooked asparagus and frozone peas, and parsly to avocado. Flavor with salt and white pepper and cayenne.

- 3 cups well- flavoured chicken stock
- 1 ripe avocado
- juice of one lemon
- 3/4 cup cooked asparagus
- 1 cup of green peas
- 2 table spoon of shopped parsley
