Trout Pate

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup flaked smoked Trout fish
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 tablespoons red wine
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • lemon wedge

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients except lemon wedges in a processor bowl; process until ingredients are mixed well.

2. Chill in molds or crocks

3. Serve on toastfingers or crackers squeeze lemonwedge sover pate.
