Tempura Batter

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 cup ice water
  • 1 Cups all purpose flour

Method:

1. Whisk the egg, add the iced water

3. Place the mixture into mixing bowl, then add the flour

4. Mix it all together lightly, and use it immediately
