Fruit Sweet Cold Hot Sauce

Fruit sweet cold sauce for pancake ice cream

Fruit Sweet Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 apples
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons almonds or walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cups milk

Method:

1 Peel and dissect oranges, cut apples without peeling and core; peel banana and break into pieces.

2 Blend milk, lemon juice, fruit, almonds and sugar for a short while, add milk and continue blending to a smooth consistency.

Variation:
Instead of oranges, stoned peaches, stoned apricot or pineapple may be used

Sweet Apple Sauce

Home made apple sauce from scratch

Apple Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb Apple
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 strip lemon rind
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornflour
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or wine

Method:

1 This is a basic recipe for apple. Peel the apple partially, seed it and cut it cubes

2 Blend the prepared apple to a creamy consistency with a little water.

3 Boil up the apple puree with the remaining water and lemon rind, add the sugar, and thicken with the cornflour which has previously been blended to a smooth paste with cold water.

4 Add lemon juice or wine according to taste and serve hot with lamb shops, roast beef or ham or cold with pancake, waffle or Ice cream.... enjoy

White Pasta and Chicken Sauce

White Alfredo pasta chicken sauce
  • 3 table spoon butter
  • 1/2 minced onion medium size
  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 3 tablespoon Gruyère cheese
  • salt and pepper

Method:

In heavy sauce pan add the butter, fry the minced onion until golden brown, add thyme and the flour and stir for another minute.

Add the milk and chicken stuck and keep stirring, butter use a whisker in this step, near the boiling point add the cheese while you stirring.

When it's warm transfer the mixture to blender and process it till smooth. This sauce is great for meatball, with grilled chicken breast and pasta..yumm..enjoy

Remoulade a Delicious Seafood Sauce

  • 1 raw egg yolks
  • 2 boiled egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 5 tablespoon sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1teaspoon French mustard
  • '1/4 small onion
  • 1 small pickled cucumber
  • 1 anchovy
  • 1tablespoon capers
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • salt and pepper

Method:

Place blender, place the oil and raw egg yolk and process it for few seconds, then add the rest of the ingredients in order as listed, and precess them till smooth..

It's a great sauce with sea food, fried fish, grab cakes or spread for sandwich.. enjoy!

Stake Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 6 tablespoon whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 2 hard-boiled egg
  • 2 table spoon shopped parsley
  • 1 pinch of sugar

Method:

Place all the ingredients into the blender in the indicated
order and work into a smooth cream.
Serve with Fish fillet, seafood or spread on toasted pita bread and sliced of tomato on top.. enjoy

Light Mayonnaise

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 table spoon cognac(optional)

Method:

  1. Eggs and oil should be in room temperature. it is therefore recommended to remove all the ingredients from the refrigerator in good time before use.
  2. In blender processor, add the olive oil, vegetable oil, salt and the egg, turn on the machine running and add other ingredients. keep it running until the mayonnaise has reached the desired consistency.

Onion Brown and Smooth Sauce

Brown Smooth Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 5 tablespoon flour
  • 2 diced onion
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Method:

In heave saucepan, add melt the butter and oil, add onion, salt and freshly grind pepper, and keep stirring for 3- 4 min until the onion become golden color.

Add the flour and let it simmer for another 2 - min, then add milk and stuck and mix with whisker. Translate the mixture while it's warm to blender and leave it to rotate until perfectly smooth.

Return the smooth mixture to the saucepan and and keep stirring, let it simmer till the boiling point. serve it over a meatball, lamb chops or steak!
